THE NEXUS OF REALITY
At the moment of the Convergence, time shattered and the Nexus was born. Existing beyond the boundaries of any single universe, the Nexus is an erratic dimension suspended between all others. Every reality leaves an imprint upon it, creating an unstable domain shaped by possibility and the sheer will of those who enter it.
Within the Nexus, existence is in constant flux. Past, present, and future combine as countless timelines overlap and compete for permanence. Entire worlds may be preserved, rewritten, or erased as incompatible versions of reality collide. The Nexus reflects every plane of existence while belonging to none. It is a battleground of infinite possibility where conflict determines which future becomes truth.
SHAPERS
You are a Shaper: an interdimensional constant formed through the collapse of infinite timelines. Unlike ordinary beings confined to a single existence, Shapers persist across countless variations of reality simultaneously. They traverse the Nexus to forge alliances, command the forces of distant worlds, and assert their vision of what reality should become. Some seek to preserve civilization. Others pursue conquest, transformation, or annihilation.
Every conflict in the Nexus is defined by two fundamental imperatives: Survival and Conquest.
A Shaper's Life Force is both physical vitality and the tether binding them to the Nexus. It anchors their presence across multiple realities and allows them to maintain their metaphysical influence. As that connection weakens, their hold on existence begins to unravel. Without Life Force, the tether is severed completely and they are cast out from the Nexus.
But survival alone is insufficient.
Shapers must carve out lasting victories to establish Dominance to prove that their reality deserves to endure above all others. Every victory strengthens their claim, suppressing rival possibilities until their version of existence becomes increasingly inevitable.
One path ensures that a reality survives while the other ensures that it prevails.
FORGING AXIONS
The Convergence left more than shattered worlds in its wake. Ancient artifacts, cosmic engines, celestial entities, and the remnants of forgotten gods collapsed into a vast sea of primordial dark matter, leaving behind traces of unrealized existence scattered throughout the Nexus. These remnants are known as Axions.
Axions are fragments of potential reality: quantum particles carrying the echoes of futures that have not yet come to pass. Each contains the possibility of creation, but none possess permanence on their own.
Through a process known as Forging, Axions can be gathered, shaped, and transformed from potential into permanence. Forging doesn't create something from nothing; it selects one possibility and forces the Nexus to recognize it as real. The impossible becomes attainable as thought acquires substance and possibility assumes form.
Yet creation within the Nexus carries an unavoidable cost, and power is never without consequence. Axions are volatile interdimensional anomalies. Every attempt to impose order by Forging them places increasing strain on the fabric of existence. Competing possibilities accumulate, the Nexus destabilizes, and the boundaries separating conflicting truths begin to deteriorate. The resulting pressure threatens to tear apart the very domain that makes their existence possible.
Within the Nexus, power is abundant. Stability is not.
THE POWER OF POTENTIAL
Shapers do not fight alone. From across the multiverse, they call upon advanced civilizations, forgotten empires, and beings of impossible dimensions to assemble. Through unstable passages between worlds, these forces descend upon the Nexus and wage war in the name of their chosen Shaper. Victory belongs not to the strongest, but to those capable of adapting to an ever-changing battleground.
The Nexus does not care for history, morality, or tradition. It favors neither noble intentions nor ruthless ambition. It recognizes only one truth: inevitability.

MECHANICA
Mechanica is a realm of grinding gears and arcane circuitry. Through magitek engines, their countless drones and mechanized soldiers never tire.
The brilliant engineer Varris Kane was rebuilt from man into machine and is now determined to bring order to the universe by severing all entry into the Nexus no matter the cost
ECLIPSE
Eclipse reigns over the heavens and time itself. These celestial beings of radiant starlight, existing beyond mortal concerns, upholding the cosmic balance.
Their divine arbiter Solanthys watches over all of existence, delivering judgment to those who stray from the sacred path. They do not conquer, they correct.
PRIMAL
Primal is the raw untamed force of the wilds. Vicious, beasts, and elemental fury are unleashed when the natural order is defile.
Shapeshifting shaman Kaita Bloodtooth leads to charge with feral wrath and mystic power. She vows reclamation through retribution.
DOMINION
Dominion is an endless war machine of conquest and greed. It’s vast armies march forth to bring glory unto their godlike emperor.
